How do you attract and retain talent in a highly competitive market? At MCD, I was tasked to create a brand platform that positions Discover as a dynamic company where you can make a big impact and grow a successful career.

 Informed by research and competitive insights, we developed a new direction that discards generic, corporate speak for a voice and POV that is more human and approachable.
